Where is Seven Ranges Hotel?
Seven Ranges Hotel is on Lokwang Road / Lia Street in Moroto town, Karamoja, north-eastern Uganda, at the foot of Mount Moroto.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure can be arranged depending on availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. All public room rates at Seven Ranges Hotel are bed and breakfast.
How can I pay for my booking?
Pay securely online when you book with mobile money, Visa, Mastercard or bank via PesaPal, or choose to pay at the hotel on arrival. Organisations can request a quotation and pay by invoice.
Can you host our NGO workshop or training in Moroto?
Yes. We have a conference hall, rooms for participants and catering from our own kitchen. Request a quotation with your dates and number of participants and we send a full proposal covering accommodation, hall hire and meals.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, and no-shows, are charged the first night. Group and conference bookings follow the terms on the quotation.
