Booking & hotel policies

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 11:00.
• A valid photo ID or passport is required at check-in. Resident rates require proof of East African residence.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, and no-shows, are charged the first night.
Group and conference bookings follow the terms on the quotation.

Payment

• Online payments are processed securely by PesaPal (mobile money, Visa, Mastercard and bank). We never see or store your card details.
• If you choose to pay at the hotel, payment is due at check-in by cash, mobile money or card.
• Online bookings awaiting payment are held for 45 minutes and released automatically if payment isn't completed.
• Organisations may be billed by invoice on agreed credit terms. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Children

Children are welcome. Please include all children in your booking so we can prepare the right room.

Privacy

We use your personal details only to manage your booking and stay, to meet legal registration requirements and to contact you about your reservation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except our payment processor where needed to take payment. To ask about or delete your data, email inquiries@sevenrangeshotel.com.
